Our commercial law team provides company and commercial law advice to corporate and commercial clients, both nationally and internationally.  This includes acting for listed public companies together with flotation, prospectus, and Stock Exchange matters, securities and recovery work for lenders and financial institutions, leasing, licensing, distribution arrangements and trademarking; extensive experience with the Overseas Investment Commission concerning foreign investment in New Zealand, acting for multi-nationals in respect of their New Zealand operations, general corporate advice, strategic advice to Boards of Directors, Directors' duties; joint ventures, funds management, and shareholders' agreements.
