Christopher is part of Fortune Manning’s commercial law team, specializing in property law. This area includes residential transactions, commercial leases and various other contractual matters concerning real estate.

He is also a member of the firm’s specialist franchising law team, and enjoys the challenge of helping clients get involved in business models that suit their lifestyles.

Born and bred in Auckland, Christopher gained his LLB(Hons) law degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature at the University of Auckland. Before practising law, he served as a naval officer on New Zealand frigates, an Australian submarine and an Iraqi oil terminal.

Out of the office, he’s a keen supporter of the NZ Warriors rugby league team and the BlackCaps cricket side.
