Paul joined Fortune Manning from a specialist insurance practice and has been practising in the fields of insurance, commercial litigation and property for over 20 years.

He has provided advice to insurers for many years on a wide variety of matters with a primary focus on claims handling and insurance litigation. He regularly appears in the District and High Courts, as well as appearances at appellate level.

Additionally, he is regularly involved in all aspects of ADR and mediation.
